You retain full ownership and copyright of any lyrics, audio recordings, or song ideas you create within Spur. We claim no rights to your intellectual property. Because Spur operates on a local-storage model:
We do not store your content on our servers.
We cannot recover deleted content for you.
Use of the App
Spur is provided for your personal, creative use. You agree not to:
Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App’s software.
Use the App for any illegal purposes in your jurisdiction.
Data and Backups
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Spur saves all data locally on your device.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for backing up your data (e.g., via iCloud, Google Drive, or manual exports).
Data Loss: Spur is not liable for any loss of content due to device failure, app deletion, or hardware loss.
"As Is" Clause & Liability
Spur is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Intellectual Property (Our Stuff)
The "Spur" name, logo, and the App's design/code are the exclusive property of Spur. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
